What makes this wiki different from all the other GF resource websites out there like celiac.com, glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com, www.glutenfreechecklist.com, www.mollybglutenfree.com, glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com, www.glutenfreetravelsite.com, www.glutenfreefrenzy.com - these are just the first 2 pages that were returned in Google, that were not the "standard" GF resource websites like the various food companies, Shelley Case's and Celiac.com - the first and best one in the industry.

You do not seem to have a specific purpose to this website, nor a defined direction - are you serious about keeping it up? 90% of all consumer driven websites or wiki's fail and are abandoned. Considering the industry you are facing and what you need to keep up to and the industry facts you need to keep aprised on I would consider that before continuing with this project. In order to find some time for myself I decided to search for service that could supply me with the prime quality custom essays at prices that would be reasonable enough. The final choice was QualityEssay.Com as they did have an excellent reputation.

What makes this page different...

...is that this the information contained in this wiki will be maintained by the gluten-free community. You ask:

"Are you serious about keeping it up?"

We're not sure you understand the purpose of a wiki. We hope that if you find anything incorrect, you will simply take a few moments to edit it. We hope that by allowing the gluten and wheat-free community to add and update any item, we can create a resource far larger than some of the blogs you mention which are controlled by just a few gatekeepers.

On a last note, we hardly feel that this is an 'industry.' We prefer 'community.' Let's all help each other.
